Chef Jose Luis began his journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 16, expanding his knowledge at renowned resorts and specializing in Mexican cuisine, fine dining, and fine cuts. In 2011, he became a Chef de Cuisine, and his passion for cooking is echoed in the incredible flavors of Terraza.
