Originally from Xalapa Veracruz, Chef Pedro Armando had a clear vocation in the hospitality industry, specializing in fine dining restaurants and fine cuts—where his passion for the grill was born. He continued his career in Canada, where he immersed himself in Japanese cuisine as a Teppanyaki Chef. You can now find Chef Pedro Armando at the helm of Blanc at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun.
